Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoviesFlix's website and IPTV subscription service. By requesting a trial, placing an order, or otherwise using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

MoviesFlix provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service, giving access to live television channels and video-on-demand content via third-party IPTV player applications on compatible devices (Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, PC/Mac, and similar). We do not provide the playback app itself — you install a compatible IPTV player of your choice and enter the credentials we provide.

2. Trials, Orders & Activation

• Free trials are limited to one per customer and are provided at our discretion, subject to availability.
• Orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp or Telegram. Activation typically occurs within 5–7 minutes of confirmed payment, though this is a target, not a guarantee.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and device information so we can deliver working credentials.

3. Payment & Billing

Prices are listed in EUR and are per the plan duration and device count selected at checkout. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — renewal requires a new order confirmed via WhatsApp before or after your current plan expires.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MoviesFlix for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not resell, share, or sublicense your subscription credentials to third parties, attempt to circumvent service limits, or use the service in any way that disrupts our infrastructure or other subscribers.

5. Service Availability

We work to maintain high uptime and stream quality, but streaming services can be affected by factors outside our control — your internet connection, device performance, or upstream provider issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, though our support team is available to help resolve issues quickly.

6. Content

MoviesFlix aggregates and delivers channel and on-demand content from third-party sources. We do not claim ownership of the underlying broadcast content. Availability of specific channels or titles may change over time and is not guaranteed.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by simply not renewing — no formal cancellation request is required.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoviesFlix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of access, service interruptions, or compatibility issues with third-party devices and apps.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts found to be in breach of these Terms, including credential sharing or abusive use of support channels, without refund of the remaining subscription period in cases of clear misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union consumer protection principles, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
